Myrtle oil for thyroid regulation
Myrtle oil keeps my thyroid in check. When I feel anxious and my thyroid swells up a bit, I know it's time to put some on. I've read that myrtle oil regulates the thyroid function, too slow? It speeds it up, too fast? It slows it down.
